This PC and subsequent threaded folders/files/apps are all defaulted to cloud.

“This PC" and "Desktop" are defaulted to the Cloud in my win-11 laptop. I don't want any things saved to the cloud as default. Auto Save defaults to cloud in all apps. How do I fix this so it operates like Win10. Please provide specific links for win11, office365, word, paint, and all other imbedded apps if this cannot be accomplished simply in one Settings.
