I have a new problem - recently (within 14-30 days) I have noticed that I can no longer execute a web link embedded within an MS Word; Excel, or Adobe file (probably more, but, these I have checked). I get the error "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions... contact system administrator". Weblinks work properly in various browsers. The desktop is personal, stand-alone... not in a workgroup. Only 1 account (me) with Admin privileges. I have Windows 10 Home with build 19045.5247. I have tried several attempts to resolve including deleting the Explorer folder in HKEY_CURRENT_U
