I was suggested with the below action - Which I contacted the Certificate Profile community. Contact Microsoft Account support and recover the access of your Outlook MSA. Once recovered, check if there is an existing Learn Profile by logging into Learn with this Outlook account. If so, you can merge this Learn Profile into your @microsoft.com Learn Profile.(Please note that we do not provide support on Microsoft Accounts, as we only assist on Certification Profiles inquiries)- Get help with your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
