Because 99% of all queries in this group are about why IE8 does not meet

users needs.

There are plenty of IE users that still prefer IE7 or IE6 and do not want to

change just because there is a new and supposedly better version. The number

of IE8 complaints certainly make one wonder if this is indeed the case.
