"This file can't be previewed" error in Word only for some files.

When I open a windows explorer window with the preview pane active, an then click a word file, the pane display the message:"This file can't be previewed because of an error in the Microsoft Word previewer."I tried many tips: restart file explorer, change the place of opening explorer, the options for file explorer, repair office, and so on. Then, I discovered on another folder that preview worked fine. Finally, when I opened file for editing, word ask me for enable editing. Then I answered "Yes".I closed file.Since that action, the file shows ok on the preview pane.I writed this, because I ne
