I tried troubleshooting it didn't work since there is no troubleshooting for hardware and devices, I also tried uninstalling and the rebooting but that didn't work either, also I tried updating the driver but it would give me another error yhat has to do with manufacturer. I faced this problem shortly before and fixed it by updating. I would really appreciate some help. I also began facing this problem a couple days after a water spill, I let my computer airdry for a day and checked on it after that time and it seemed to be working perfectly until touchpad stopped working.
