This device cannot start. (Code 10) A request for the HID descriptor failed

i'm using a MSI GF63 Thin 10 SCXR and my touch pad not working. it will work sometimes. i tried to update it but shows "its an updated version" , and i also searched driver in MSI website but there is only windows10 supported drivers , tried updating bios, uninstalling i2c hid device driver, installing the windows10 supported driver..etc nothing worked, sometimes it will work properly, after sometime power on the laptop it will not working. In device manager it shows that "This device cannot start. (Code 10) A request for the HID descriptor failed"...what should i do???
