to open Microsoft Management Console after Windows has blocked it , you'll need to open it through command prompt (as admin) , the only snap-ins I remember are :compmgmt.msc - Computer Management devmgmt.msc - Device Manager diskmgmt.msc - Disk Managerfeel free to add more to this list so more people can get help on the issue .
