This app can't open - installing appx files via Windows PowerShell (certificate is signed)

(dont tell me to upgrade to windows 10 - not doing that, just tell me what I did wrong and how can i fix this error)I installed Microsoft Minesweeper by using the guide to sideload appx files here:https://rentry.co/Win8Sideloadafter i try to open it it gives me the error seen in the picture below.I have tried every possible thing to fix this problem but nothing helped such as installing updates.The certificate of this is already installed.
