This app cannot run on your PC. What app??

Every time i start my computer, or occasionally when i open a new internet window or go to any website, the computer sends me this error message. I followed the CMD prompts found in another question section of this forum, but after following all the commands, the error persists. How am I do know what app is sending this message?
