This access control entry is corrupt. Delete it and create a new one

This is happening for YourPhone (which I do not even want :-( )I started getting message at boot saying Windows cannot access the specified path, you might not have permissions.When I go into it, it tells me that entry for Users is corrupt, to delete and recreate, yet the Add/Remove buttons are disabled, so a little hard to do?So how do I do so please?
