Third-party wallpaper software sets the wallpaper to become a picture and cannot be overwritten under the desktop.

I use wallpaper software, which sets the wallpaper independently on top of the desktop. I tried several new wallpaper software, but they are the same. The name of the software I'm currently using is Wallpaper Alive. Many people, like me, have noted that the problem seems to be related to Windows 11 updating personalised wallpapers. Can you help me solve this problem?
