Third Drive Stops Working Randomly

I use my third drive to store large games as it is a 2tb drive. Within the last few hours (not sure exactly when) nothing is working on the drive. A game I have installed on there through Xbox doesn't recognize that it is installed. When I click on the games files it gives an error saying the game cannot run on my device. I use treesize free to be able to visualize what is taking up space and that will not scan the drive even though I can scan my other 2. I tried to run a scan through windows and it gave me this error. I installed a new CPU and RAM 2 days ago and a new GPU yesterday. Could
