things aren't working until i restart.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHzso whenever I start up my Computer, the installed apps are often delayed, search doesn't work. after 10 minutes of waiting, when the chrome finally opens, the downloading UI is bugged. but whenever i restart, everything is fixed. but then it shows up after like 5 - 6 hours. so i have to restart every time that happens. so those things happend whenever the "activate windows" thingy shows up, (or when i boot up my computer) but after i activated it, then that "activate windows" dissapeared. now i don't know when the things can be bug
