There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made

I recently bought a Pc off of facebook marketplace, and it wont reset. I've followed similar threads, going to command prompt and running chkdsk C: /r /scan, chkdsk /spotfix, and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, and then tried resetting again, but it still hasn't worked. What else can i do?
