Hey,I have an aspire Z3-615 manufactured in 2015.I went to reset the PC using an external drive and comes up with an error showing “There was a problem with resetting your pc. No changes were made.” I am stuck on the choose an Option screen and I don’t know how to proceed or retrieve more computer information.Thank you
