there is an app in my startup named "taskhostw.exe" and it is not getting disabled plus whenever i search about it, it shuts down the tab or window

is it a virus? i tried running the offline scan as well but nothing related to it got detectedhow can i remove this from my pcI don't know if it is related but as soon as my pc boots up, terminal pops up and closes as if something is executed, should i be concerned?
