I am facing the same issue while runnig sfc /scannow, the message shown all the time is as following

There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart
Windows and run sfc again.

I am having win 10 pro machine, I have also tried following commands

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Checkhealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Scanhealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

del c:\windows\winsxs\pending.xml

dism.exe /image:c:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions

but none of them worked.

I am also unable to install internet explorer 11 from the window apps & features as well as from offline downloads, the error code is 0x80070490

I will appreciate your help
