there exists a small invisible area on my screen windows 11

Recently, I am having a problem on Windows 11 that my computer screen has an invisible area. Sometimes it only takes up a small area but sometimes it will also take up the whole screen and it is extremely annoying.The problem is that it will prevent me from clicking where I want to click if it's right over there (and imagine how horrible it would be if it took up the entire screen).Especially, it's always on the top of the screen, so it doesn't sink even if I press alt + F4 or alt + tab. And of course I can open Task Manager but still cannot click on anything on the screen.My only workaround f
