The "Yes" option no longer appears to me when I am allowing an app to make changes; only "no" does. Help :D

And I have followed some solutions like booting into safe mode in change my account to admin account, but it already is a administration account and I can't make any changes to it. I thought restarting will work but the account is disabled.
