The word "Restore Up" appearing on my desktop

Hi, lately i have this problem with my laptop that the word "Restore Up" suddenly appears in middle of screen and won't go till i restart the system, i've tried to solve it from winRE but didn't work. I'll be so thankfull if you would help me out
