the windows animation is slow

i recently upgraded from windows 10 to 11. i met all the requirements (i have 4gigs of ram and 256 gigs of ssd). whenever i open start menu the animation looks very slow (very low frame rate). the same happens when i maximise or open a minimised application. sometimes the scrolling animation also get slow. but it doesnt take much time to load windows works normally and there is little to no time in loading of applications but the only probleem is that the animation is sometimes slow. is there anyway to make it smooth? i have a 60hz refresh rate monitor. Should i just revert back to windows 10?
