The Windows 11 23 H2 camera is not detected

I have an EKEN H9R camera with the ability to use it as a webcam. But when I try to connect it to my PC, it is not detected as a camera, but only as an audio device. However, after connecting to another windows device, it started working. In the process of searching, I found that the first computer does not have a usb video driver, but the second one does.
