The wifi in my laptop is not working

I have a hp pavilion power laptop (Model numbers: 15-cb000 – 15-cb099) and the wifi is not working in it. My laptop does not show any available networks to connect to. I go to troubleshoot it through windows 10 settings and it gives the possible solution of a network reset which I have tried multiple times and has not worked. I have gone to device manager and checked for driver updates and they are up to date. My system is up to date with the latest windows and optional system updates.I have replaced the wifi card (Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265) with the same one, bu
