The weirdest tech problem I have ever seen - Verifying DMI pool data (can't boot windows but ok for Batocera)

I have a old PC with AM3 Giga motherboard, 4GB ram, Athlon CPU and HD 4350 graphics card with 320GB HDD.I preload windows 10 which was working fine but i want to try out Batocera so I unplug the HDD to my laptop to burn batocera which is also working perferctlyhowever, I format Batoceran and plug back the HDD with windows installed to the PC, it stuck with "Verifying DMI pool Data" forever. I check online, which mentioned about the hardware problem but it seems not as Batocera is also verifying this for one sec and then load into system without any issues, meaning all hardwares and connection
