The Weather app surprised me today with Chinese text

I am using Windows 10 22H2 on desktop PC and the Weather app I often use to check, well, the weather. I can still see the celsius, the clouds, but what I don't understand anymore is the text, as it's in Chinese now.What the heck Microsoft? How in the Lord's name could that happen?Did you sell parts of the company and of the OS to the Chinese or is work nowadays more lucratively done by child labour?
