The top of my laptop screen shows up at the bottom with these black stripes running horizontally

As described in the title, my Alienware x17 R2 has a weird thing where the top of the screen shows up in the taskbar area. The issue is like on and off and sometimes disappears and sometimes comes back. Any ideas?
