The TOP/Front usb ports of my pc aren’t detected upon booting up PC

When turning on my PC my usb for my wireless headset is not detected. I have to unplug and plug it back in for it to be detected. My usb controllers are up to date, windows 11 is up to date. Any ideas or suggestions?
