The taskbar goes up and crashes.

The issue started earlier this year: the taskbar suddenly disappears. When I press the Windows key, it reappears but remains unresponsive.To temporarily fix it, I have to end the explorer.exe process in Task Manager and restart it. This restores the taskbar, but after a few minutes, it disappears again.I have already uninstalled the most recent updates and run the SFC and DISM commands, but nothing has resolved the issue. This problem occurs on two different machines, connected to different networks.
