The system does not activate even though I have the digital license

I bought a new PC. I installed Windows from USB. (I tried to install win10, win11 several times, but it didn't work for any of them) I logged in with my MS account, but it did not activate my system. Under My Orders in my account, there is a digital license for Windows (not a product key), but my system does not recognize that I have one. I need help to make sure that the system recognizes through my MS account that I have already purchased the digital license linked to my MS account.
