Hello! I have a problem with transferring photos from iPhone to PC, when I try to transfer all the photos, I get an error: "The system cannot read from the specified device." But I can transfer photos in HEIC, PNG, JPG formats freely without any problems, and I can't transfer videos and photos in MOV format with such a problem. I transfer the photos in the original format (selected in iPhone settings). Please help me to solve this problem
