The system cannot find the path specified. Please Help!

Hi, I recently went through and cleaned up my files and im assuming this has led to the issue, but im trying to download Clip Studio from Google Chrome and It cannot find the path file. The download goes through google chrome, but once I open the installer from files and go through the first steps I get this message.
