The start menu does not open in windows 11 24H2 (KB5052093)

In the latest update to Windows 11 24H2 on February 25, 2025, preview version KB5052093 (OS build 26100.3323), when I click on the settings menu to open it, it does NOT do it, it does nothing. If I do it using the keyboard WIN + I, I get it. I try to uninstall the update from the menu, it does not do it, and using CMD: wusa /uninstall /kb:5052093 and it gives me an error 0x80070490 Any suggestions??
