so.. for some reason my explorer.exe keeps restarting itself every one second!!I mean.. look at dis :

The last thing i do before i got this error is doing the"-restore health" thing on my PowerShell, it fixes nothing and this error persist after i log in... Edit: I already do sfc /scannow and dism /restore health but the problem still occurs , i also cant identify what's wrong with the event properties but i leave it belowName : Microsoft-Window-WinlogonGuid : {DBE9B383-7CF3-4331-91CC-A3CB16A3B538}EventSourceName: WlclntfyEventID : 1002Qualifiers : 16384Version
