“the service user profile service failed to logon windows 10”

I did a Windows reset in Windows Update. After a long time I got the login screen with my accountname. After password input I got a blue screen with “the service user profile service failed to logon windows 10”. After OK again login screen ..... and couldn't get out of the loop.After restart in Safe Mode I got the login screen with my accountname. After password input I got a Welcome during a long time and finally a white screen and no further reaction.I opened the cmd screen and in dir Users there is only one dir with my accountname. This dir is empty (0 bytes).What can I do?
