The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error The parameter is incorrect | HELP!

Ive been having this problem ever since I reseted my whole pc because of my boot thingy got corrupted and it didn't wanna work anymore so I got a usb (with windows 11 on it) and had to reinstalled windows 11 on my pc again but then a few days later I started to gets these random resets and freezing. But oldly enough If I have a game launch in the background then it wont freeze but as soon as I close the game 30s later the computer will freeze and I would have to hard reset. please help.
