The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for FailureCommand with the following error: Access is denied

Every day at 10 am I would get this error in the event log:

The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for FailureCommand with the following error: Access is denied.

I tracked what was causing this error and it is caused by Windows Defender Verification scheduled task.
