The screen of my Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 13ACN5 goes black after being locked for some time, what's best way to solve the issue?

Hello everyone, I've a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 13ACN5 running Windows 11 Home 22621.900 and since some months I notice that the screen goes black after being locked for some time sometimes. The only way out is just manually rebooting it by pressing on the on/off button because rebooting graphics doesn't solve this issue. It happens like 4 of the 10 times. I've tried to tinker in the sleep and screen settings and reinstall drivers and the reason I ask this question is because I consider a reset or a clean install but I doubt which the best way is to solve this issue.
