We have a domain account that intermittently encounters the error despite the password being entered correctly.Steps we've taken so far:Each time the user logs in, we verify that the password is entered correctly.Made sure all the keyboard keys are working (external keyboard/laptop keyboard)Rejoined the computer to the domain.Reset the password to a new one.We are considering recreating the user profile next but want to confirm we've covered other troubleshooting steps. Any additional suggestions?
