I have had a problem with Windows 11 for a dozen or so days. Every time I turn on my computer, after the Windows Desktop loads and I try to run any application, exploer.exe hangs.This manifests itself in the fact that the screen goes black for a few seconds, then exploer.exe restarts in the background and the Windows Desktop loads again.When this process is finished, the computer works without a problem for several hours.
