The program does not display images

One day start the computer then disappeared image of the program already rolled back the drivers and installed back, but instead of it only the icon of the program and nothing else. Already checked the correctness of the files on another device and everything works. Photo of the problem attached below, one variant as it should be displayed, and the second as I have a look.
