I had upgraded to Windows 10 pro from my Windows 8.1 pro way back using the 'get windows 10 app' !! But due to some reasons, I did a full format of my PC and reinstalled my windows 8.1 OEM disc. From then on, I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 again. And recently I did the upgrade process once again through the 'get windows 10' app !! I also heard doing a clean install after the upgrade would be perfect so I did the clean install using the media creation tool (using the USB Flash drive option in it). I did a full format of my PC while installing, so it was a thorough clean install !! Now Windows 10 is perfectly working.... !!!! But when I go to 'This PC' , then right click and select 'Properties', under 'Windows Activation', the product ID's last three digits are different from the ones I had after the recent upgrade !! Is it supposed to change like that ??? ( I don't remember what the product ID was after the first time I upgraded) Also bear in mind that when I upgraded recently, the version of windows 10 was 1511. Now after the clean install, the version is 1607. (1607 is definitely better !!!)
