The printer spooler will not run

After I have done msconfig, it is ok to open printer spooler again, but after installing Acrobat, the failure will be indicated when the installation is finished. Opening printer spooler indicates that there is no star, Error shows 0x8007005. How can I keep the printer spooler service open without automatically closing, because I really want to install Acrobat on Windows 10 1909.I have contacted Acrobat, and they said that the printer spooler service was shut down, so it could not be downloaded successfully. What should I do?
