It can happen at any time, under any circumstances as far as I can tell. There's no BSOD displayed, the screen just freezes and turns off a few seconds later. I've completely reinstalled Windows 11 on this device (Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54). Using HBCD PE as a diagnostics tool and MemTest85 I ran some tests and concluded that the memory and storarge devices *should* both be fine. I'm attaching some files I read may be useful for diagnosing the problem (from eventvwr and msinfo32):events.evtx
