The preview on tabs on the Taskbar windows 11 is there any way to get rid of them?

Windows 11 Pro on a brand new computer and so far taken me two days to get it looking as I like it. I have set my Tabs to be as per the attached but as soon as my pointer moves over them I get the preview above them. There does not seem to be a setting or I can't find a setting to reverse this. I cannot get a screen shot as they disappear when I try to set the shot area but they are above the Tabs. Thanks in advance new to 11 Pro and I am old. and not sure if this has any bearing on the matter but using Firefox 134.0.1 (64-bit)While I am at it can I get rid on the dot/slash under the icons on
