The pictures of Lock screen can not be changed automatically.

hello,After the system updating several month ago, I found that the pictures of Lock screen can not be changed automatically even I had setting up the lock screen pictures as Windows focusing instead of Local pictures. Also, the folder is blank under C:-Users-My user Id-App Data-Local-Packages-Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_Cw5n1h2txyewy-LocalState-AssetsSeems it can not updating the pictures form internet automatically, When I check my colleague's folder under the same link in their PC, there are several functions for lock screen pictures change.So how can I fix it?
