i really need help please!. i encountered an error saying "the parameter is incorrect" when opening notepad and igcctray.exe. i already do some tips like putting cmd command and disk checking. even i reinstall my windows 11 but the error keeps appearing. i need your help expert! i really need to open some notepad!
