The package runtime information is corrupted

[Windows 11]

Just hours ago there was an update for windows and I shut it down after updating it. When I got back on, my desktop background went blank, and some of my games are not running properly. I tried rollback and successfully solved the problems, BUT, now all of my photos get an error stating "The package runtime information is corrupted".This windows update is annoying out of me and giving more problems. How can I solve this?
