The option to upgrade to Windows 11 disappeared from Updates. Please help

For months I have had the option to upgrade to Windows 11 in 'Check for Updates'. I upgraded once but found my headphones weren't getting full functionality on 11, so I downgraded back to Widows 10.I bought some new headphones now, so I went to upgrade, and even though the upgrade option was there the last time I updated Windows 10 (like a week ago) the option to upgrade to Windows 11 is now gone. Please help.
