The online archive is NOT displayed in Outlook

- We have a Volume License (Plan A1) and activate it via our own KMS server.

- We want to install all Windows 10 Education computers on which Office 2016 Pro Plus (x86) is already installed, the Office 365 Pro Plus (x86) and install the Office 365 Pro Plus (x86) directly on new Windows 10 Education computers. With the latter (new installation of Office 365 Pro Plus x86) the online archive does not appear!

error description:

(in the following versions, the client computer is Windows 10 Education 1909 x64 and Office XXX in 32-bit architecture)


The online archive is displayed in Outlook in the following cases:

when the computer is installed with Office 2016 Pro Plus (x86).
when Office 365 Pro Plus (created with the Office Deployment Tool) is installed / updated via the existing Office 2016 Pro Plus installation.
(you have already received the installation XML)

The online archive is NOT displayed in Outlook in the following cases:

if the computer is installed directly with Office 365 Pro Plus (package created with the Office Deployment Tool) (no Office installation previously available).
if the computer is installed directly with Office 365 Pro Plus (from Office 365 portal) (new installation / previously no Office installation available).


it can hardly be a license problem, since the online archive is displayed correctly with Office 2016 Pro Plus installed. The online archive also appears when Office 365 Pro Plus (x86) is installed over the installed Office 2016 Pro Plus (x86).



It appears that a clean installation of Office 365 Pro Plus (x86) is missing something that is present when you «upgrade» from Office 2016 Pro Plus (x86) to Office 365 Pro Plus (x86).


Any Advice?
